What Marci Needed
Marci Heerman is a gifted coach, consultant, poet and the creator of the Wholehearted Leadership Model. She reached out to me because wanted her website to better reflect her unique approach to her coaching work. As an executive leadership development coach working with C-level leaders, it needed to be corporate-appropriate. It also needed to feel true to her identity as a poet and someone who incorporates mindfulness practices in her work. She also wanted to own and proudly share her newly created Wholehearted Leadership model, and she needed help making it part of her brand story.
How I Approached the Project
We co-created a vision for her new brand that was smart, simple and elegant. I focused on crafting a brand story in Marci’s website copy that highlighted her impressive client list and captured the transformational results she provides. Her new site feels like the perfect blend of professionalism and heart – just like her coaching.
