What Kris Needed 

Kris came to me at a career crossroads. She had coached internally at companies of all sizes, and had been running her own coaching business for a few years, but was preparing to launch a brand new offering. She needed help weaving together the threads of her experience into a cohesive business story as well as clarifying her new offering so she could launch it with confidence. We worked together to craft a heart-centered narrative that highlighted the way her corporate background and personal experience have led to her “Leading While Grieving” signature program.

How I Approached the Project

I started by getting a deep understanding of Kris’s varied experience. She’s done a LOT of great work for some very impressive organizations, and I wanted to showcase it in a way that highlighted her expertise while keeping her feeling accessible to one-on-one clients. When it came to design, Kris described an earthy, warm and approachable aesthetic, which we achieved by incorporating images of indoor plants, exposed brick, and wildflowers. I love the way we were able to bridge the gap between corporate professionalism and personal connection. I think we nailed it!
